Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Bravado Promotions (the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate details when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

2. Deposits and balances

Orders are paid from your account balance. You add funds by depositing a minimum of 10.00. Balances are intended for use on the Service and are not a savings or banking product.

3. Orders and delivery

You supply a public link for each order — no passwords are ever requested or required. Most orders begin within minutes and complete within the stated window, but start and completion times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Do not create a new order while a previous order on the same link is still processing.

4. Refills and lifetime guarantee

Every order is covered by a 100% lifetime refill guarantee. If an order cannot be started or completed, or the count drops later, we will refill it after you open a ticket. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to your original payment method. If a confirmed billing or reconciliation error is found, we will correct it as a credit to your account balance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break any law or the rules of the platforms you use it with, to submit links you do not have permission to promote, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Platform policies may change and we are not responsible for decisions those platforms make about your account.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
